• Meeting agendas are sent via e-mail distribution list to all interested parties                  
  Click here to have your name added to this list  

• Meeting agendas are posted in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes for municipalities

• Meeting agendas are forwarded to the local media via e-mail distribution

Question:  What opportunities are available for public comment?
Answer:

• Regular Executive Board, M-TAC, and T-TAC meetings are open to the public

• Public comment period is provided at all Executive Board, M-TAC, and T-TAC meetings
