MEET OUR EXECUTIVE BOARD

The member agencies of the Central Yavapai Metropolitan Planning Organization are represented on the Executive Board by elected officials.  The positions of Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary-Treasurer are rotated between Chino Valley, City of Prescott, Prescott Valley and Yavapai County on a yearly basis. 

Current representatives and positions are as follows:

• Chair— Carol Springer,  Board of Supervisors, Yavapai County

• Vice-Chair — Mike Flannery, Councilmember, Prescott Valley

• Secretary-Treasurer — Bob Luzius, Councilmember,  City of Prescott

• Member (Chair Emeritus) — Karen Fann, Mayor, Chino Valley

• Member - Transportation Board Representative — William J. (Bill) Feldmeier

Meetings:  Executive Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month in the Supervisors Boardroom at the Yavapai County Administration Building, 1015 Fair Street, Prescott, AZ.
